By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. Legowin will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to suspend accounts pending verification or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the User is below the minimum age.
You must not register an account or place Wagers if you are located in or are a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Legowin makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally accessible in all jurisdictions.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

To register an Account on the Legowin Platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as required during the registration process, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian mobile phone number, and preferred payment method.
You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and not misleading. Any material misrepresentation — including the use of false names, forged identification documents, or fictitious contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Legowin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
In the event of any suspected unauthorised access, you must notify Legowin immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or the contact details provided in Section 15.
As part of our regulatory compliance and commitment to platform integrity, Legowin requires all Users to complete a KYC verification process prior to the processing of any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad) and may include additional documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
The Legowin Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may use the Platform solely for lawful personal gaming activities in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform, including but not limited to systematic extraction of data, automated wagering systems, or use of the Platform for commercial gain without Legowin's prior written consent, is expressly prohibited.

You acknowledge that access to the Platform requires a compatible device and internet connection. Legowin accepts no liability for any losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or device incompatibility that are outside our reasonable control.
Legowin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). Payment method availability may be subject to change without notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Cashier section of your Account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and compliance with all applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are generally processed on the same business day, subject to banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one hour, subject to network congestion.
Withdrawals will not be processed where the User: (a) has not completed KYC verification; (b) has outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds; (c) is subject to a pending account review or investigation; or (d) has requested a chargeback or payment dispute that remains unresolved.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Legowin does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party. Any funds identified as originating from third-party sources will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by Legowin are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the offer terms (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires total wagers of RM1,000 before withdrawal eligibility is established).
While a bonus is active and its wagering requirement has not been completed, a maximum bet limit applies per round or spin. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance and any associated winnings. The applicable maximum bet amount will be stated in the specific offer terms, typically in the range of RM250 to RM500 per round.
Different games contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. As a general guideline: video slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette may contribute at a reduced rate of 10–20%. Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirements entirely. The applicable contribution rates will be published in the relevant offer terms.
Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the applicable timeframe (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as stated in the specific offer) will expire automatically and be removed from your Account Balance without further notice.
Legowin monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, using low-variance betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or pattern betting designed to exploit bonus mechanics. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses cancelled and winnings forfeited.
Each game available on the Legowin Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before wagering.
All game outcomes and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the Platform. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error, Legowin reserves the right to void any affected Wagers and return the staked amount to the User's Account. Legowin's decision in relation to the resolution of technical issues shall be final and binding.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as reported by the applicable governing body. In-play betting results are determined based on the state of play at the time the bet was confirmed by the Platform. Legowin reserves the right to suspend betting markets without notice.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and are subject to change without notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use automated tools to extract data; or sublicense any Platform content or features to third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Legowin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Legowin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Legowin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In all cases, Legowin's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Legowin support via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied, or the associated bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited. Any confirmed genuine balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you subject to KYC compliance.
Legowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform shall immediately cease. Legitimate balances may be returned at Legowin's discretion following full compliance with any pending KYC or investigation requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination in all cases.
Legowin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, Legowin will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice — for example, by displaying a notice within the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal policies of Legowin. You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause shall limit Legowin's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
